Privacy Policy for iEdupal (Public Beta)

1. Introduction and Pilot Program Status iEdupal is currently operating as an independent educational pilot program in a Public Beta phase. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines how the platform’s administrators collect, utilize, and safeguard data during this developmental stage.

2. Data Collection and Parental Consent Because our tutoring services are designed for students who may be minors, iEdupal strictly requires that all account creation, registration, and communication be initiated or explicitly authorized by a parent or legal guardian. We collect only the minimum necessary information required to facilitate tutoring sessions, including student names, grade levels, and parent contact details. Parents retain the right to review or request the immediate deletion of their child’s data at any time.

3. Financial Data and Payment Processing During our Public Beta phase, iEdupal does not utilize an integrated enterprise payment gateway. Platform fees are processed through designated retail or third-party payment accounts managed by the platform administrators.

iEdupal categorically does not process, collect, or store raw credit card numbers, bank account details, or sensitive financial instruments on its own website architecture. All payment liabilities, data security obligations, and transaction protections remain entirely with the third-party financial institution or application utilized to process the transfer.

4. Data Security and Infrastructure Limitations While we implement practical organizational measures to secure your personal data against unauthorized access, users must acknowledge that during this Public Beta phase, iEdupal does not employ enterprise-grade or institutional data security infrastructure. By utilizing the platform, you acknowledge this developmental status and agree that the platform administrators shall not be held liable for data breaches resulting from external cyber events beyond our direct, practical control.

5. Strict Data Utilization Limitation The personal and academic information collected by iEdupal is utilized exclusively for the delivery of our educational services, session scheduling, and necessary operational communications. We categorically do not sell, rent, lease, or distribute student or parent data to third-party marketers, advertisers, or external data brokers under any circumstances.

6. Policy Updates As iEdupal evolves from its pilot phase into a fully registered entity, our data infrastructure and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
