Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for iEdupal (Public Beta)

1. Platform Status and Acceptance of Terms Welcome to iEdupal. The platform is currently operating in a Public Beta phase as an independent, pilot-stage educational initiative. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the iEdupal website (“the Platform”) and its tutoring services, you acknowledge the beta status of the platform and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Educational Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Outcomes iEdupal provides supplementary educational and tutoring services designed to support student learning. We make absolutely no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific academic outcomes, improvements in grades, standardized test scores, or university admissions. Educational success depends on numerous external variables, including the student’s individual effort, capability, and school curriculum, which remain entirely outside the control of the Platform and its instructors.

3. Fee Collection and Payment Processing During our Public Beta phase, platform access and tutoring fees are processed via designated administrative accounts. By submitting a payment, you agree to the pricing and billing frequency presented at the time of enrollment. All fee obligations must be settled prior to the commencement of tutoring sessions. Due to the digital and time-bound nature of tutoring services, all payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing by platform administration regarding a specific service failure.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators, administrators, instructors, and domain owners of iEdupal shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform or the tutoring services provided.

In the event of any dispute, service interruption, or claim of any nature, the total aggregate personal and collective liability of the platform’s operators shall be strictly and irrevocably capped at the total financial amount paid by the specific user to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Intellectual Property Rights All content, platform design, digital architecture, trademarks, logos, and educational materials provided on or through the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the iEdupal domain ownership. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material found on the Platform without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct and Right of Refusal Users, including both students and parents/guardians, agree to utilize the Platform strictly for lawful, educational purposes and to maintain respectful conduct toward all instructors. iEdupal reserves the unilateral right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any user account immediately and without notice for disruptive behavior, harassment, violation of these terms, or failure to fulfill payment obligations.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, which cannot be resolved through administrative mediation, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.

8. Modifications to Terms As the platform evolves from its Public Beta phase, iEdupal reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any posted modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
